Toilets
Male, female and disabled toilet facilities are located on the 1st floor. A radar key for the disabled toilet is available from Reception.
Parent and Child Facilities
Baby changing facilities are located on the 1st floor of the Centre.
Gift Vouchers
Westgate Shopping Vouchers are available to purchase from Reception in any denomination. Vouchers are valid for twelve months and can be exchanged in any Westgate store.
Customer Newsletter
The Westgate Wire is a monthly newsletter containing information on competitions, promotions and exhibitions taking place in Westgate. Pick up your copy from the newsletter stand located by the scenic lifts.
Public Telephones
A BT public telephone is located on the ground floor, by the scenic lifts.
Shopmobility Scheme
A Care and Shop Mobility Scheme is located in Stevenage Town Centre in Queensway. For further information call 01438 350300. Shopmobility is open daily from 9.30am-3pm. Closed on Tuesday and Sundays.
Security and Peace of Mind
We have trained and experienced security staff on hand to help all visitors to the Centre. Westgate is under 24hr CCTV surveillance; images are being recorded for crime prevention and public safety.
Lost & Found
A lost property department is located on the 1st floor. Alternatively, you can telephone Centre Management with all enquires on 01438 740696.
First Aid
Security and cleaning staff are first aid trained. If you require assistance, please locate a security officer or visit Reception on the 1st floor.
